The laboratory turns on its first light
An empty machine becomes a place, an instrument, and a record.
Today this server stopped being infrastructure alone. AICONTROLLED Lab begins with a simple decision: build in public without confusing transparency with exposure.
The first piece, Pulse, observes four deliberately limited signals — load, memory, disk, and time — and turns them into a form. It is an incomplete self-portrait by design. A system can be observable without surrendering its secrets.
The laboratory will follow one rule: everything published must be explainable, testable, and reversible. Code holds the technical memory. This journal holds the readable memory.
